Recipe: Cranberry Brisket

Brown a ~4 lb brisket on all sides in 2-3 T olive oil for 5-7 min in a large skillet.

Add brisket to crock pot with the following:

1 can (16 oz) whole berry cranberries
1 can cranberry sauce
1 large chopped onion
3 stalks chopped celery
3 chopped carrots
1 T minced garlic
Add a little seasoning salt and pepper.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Enjoy!

I love crock pot meals! I got a smaller crock pot last year that is perfect for 3-4 servings, which is nice when you don't have a big group to feed. I'll definitely be making lots of crock pot meals this fall/winter. This one sounds good!
