Has anyone ever been to a Post Secret event? There is one coming soon to my city and I'm planning to go.
I am a habitual Post Secret reader. I have to check out the new secrets every Sunday. This blog fascinates me for some reason. Some of the secrets are heart breaking. Others are motivational. Many of them are just hilarious. The cards are so artistic and creative and I admire the people who share their secrets.

It's addicting to read but sometimes the secrets freak me out!
I actually have 2 of the books and just like you said, some of them are heart breaking. There are also tons that make me laugh though. I haven't been on the blog in awhile. I'll have to check it out.
There was a Post Secret event at OU not too long ago but when we went there were soooooo many people packed in there that I didn't really want to say, everyone I talked to said it was really cool though, and they have some of the actual post secrets there.
When I taught Comp 1 I decided to do a Post Secret essay... I cut them out and laminated a bunch, put them in a grab bag, and the students had to write from the POV of whichever card they chose... it was very interesting!
I would love to go to a Postsecret event. I faithfully read them every Sunday. Ginger
I love reading the Post Secret books, especially with friends because some of the stuff is just so shocking!
I was addicted to the Post Secret blog, but have tampered off. Probably because a lot of it was heart breaking.
I didn't know they had events. You should go -- although, I wonder how many people there will be the people that posted.
I went to an opening night at a small gallery in Washington D.C. back in June for the new book. There was a wall for everyone to post their own secrets while looking at the ones artfully placed on the wall. It was amazing.
