We drove from Daytona to Miami and arrived mid-afternoon. We LOVED Miami! The weather is perfect. We saw a Ferrari, Bentley, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, tons of high end BMWs and Mercedes, and a beautiful beach. I guess this is where the rich and fabulous people play! We stayed at the South beach hotel which is 2 blocks from the beach and is in the heart of the south beach area.
The beach was gorgeous, the water was warm, and the sand was soft. Perfection.
And yes, we sang Ice, Ice, Baby about a hundred times....
"The block was dead Yo so I continued to A1A Beachfront Avenue!"

We went to dinner at the Chart House restaurant in Coconut Grove and I ate the best fish I've ever tasted here. Walnut crusted Chilean Sea Bass = heaven.
